FAQ'S

Do You Have Any Questions?

If you don’t find an answer to your question or require help with anything else, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.

There will only ever be a maximum of 4 dogs on one of our group dog walks. Our dog walkers take the time to ensure that any dogs that will be walked in the group are well suited to each other, building it up over time whilst they become familiar as a pack.

We can walk your dog for you for along as you may need. Our average walk time is either for 30 minutes or 1 hour, however can do shorter or longer if necessary. This will be discussed with you at your initial meet and greet with your dog walker, and can be altered at any point also.

We know and enjoy various brilliant spots for dog walks in the Tunbridge Wells area with our clients. This includes lots of different parks and woodland areas e.g Grosvenor and Hilbert Park, Hargate Forest and Southborough Common. We also offer pavement or street walks if this is something you would prefer for your dog, exploring round quieter areas if needed.

We will quite happily let your dog off the lead, if you give us permission to do so. We feel that continuity is very important to dogs when it comes to being off the lead, so ensure to know any training and commands that are used by our clients beforehand. This will be built up gradually over time, when it is felt your dog is ready.
