Your dog has fun, great exercise and runs off any excessive energy in a variety of our favourite and hand-picked walking spots.
Hargate forest is the first location that we experience together on our dog walks here at Beth’s Pooches and Paws. It is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with its various different kinds of beautifully tall trees for the dogs to run and explore through, paired with stunning views overlooking the Sussex Countryside.
Grosvenor and Hilbert Park is one of Tunbridge Wells oldest public parks, dating back to early 1889. With big open field spaces to run around on, a big lake to look over and the ancient woodland to explore in this is a perfect spot for our walks with the dogs.
St. Johns Park and Meadow is a great find for our walks with all of our dogs. This is because it has a lovely open big park to play fun fetch games in, but also has a beautiful meadow round the back of the park that’s open to the public. Leading to a clear running stream, which is lovely to take a little dip in on a warm day.
Southborough Common offers the most fantastic woods to go on an adventure through with our dogs. We’ve come to learn of a few different routes to take on the Common, with various woodlands tracks or surfaced paths to cater for all kinds of breeds and ages. There is also open grassy greens to explore on at the end of the walk.
Barnett’s Wood was the first site in the borough of Tunbridge Wells to be designated as a Local Nature Reserve, being open to the public since 1998. This is a favourite destination for our dogs that live in the High Brooms area, with so much to explore and see.

We only undertake walks with smaller groups of dogs because quality of their walk and exercise is more productive and enjoyable. It also ensures our highly trained dog walking team can focus on each individual dog’s needs.
Beth’s Pooches and Paws is a fully insured business, our team of dog walkers are very experienced and our doggy drivers are always DBS checked. We are also fully insured for dog transport and keyholding as well as qualified in animal first aid.
